I’ve been waiting for my order for 5 months! They’re not replying to my emails. On Instagram, they replied twice and after 5 months, they blocked me!Motivinci – if you’re reading this, you’re freaking scammers! Give me my money back!
Placed an order 6 months back and the till today the order is not received. Tried contacting their messaging service and got response that we are updating our website and the order will be delivered soon, but nothing till now. Now their Instagram account is change to a persons profile.
Got scammed. Should of read posts on their Facebook where others have also been scammed. Paid for item. No support, no tracking, no reply, no nothing over a month later.Update after your REPLY:You ask me to email info@ email yet the address does not even exist. Still fail. Still Scam. Still have not received anything.5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.
I made an order on December 6th 2024, I've still received nothing. I've emailed multiple times, and contacted them via instagram and had little response, and the response I have had has been of little use. P.S. whilst they’ve replied to this review saying this issue has been addressed and resolved, it hasn’t. I’ve had no contact from them, and no refund, and my order never arrived. SCAM & LIARS.
