5 stars for the product as it it the best paint by number kit I ever bought, the star you missed is on the delivery, it takes a minimum of 2 weeks before receiving my order. However I will continue buying your products due to the quality.

I absolutely love this product!! I have discovered a new hobby, and it’s painting by numbers. I am not artistic at all but I love painting so finding Number Artist was perfect for me. It’s relaxing and extremely satisfying. I tell everyone about it so they can enjoy it as well. The only downside with it is that it does take a while to receive it after you order it.
Firstly I have to say that customer services were great. I lie in Northern Ireland and my kit was coming from China, before it could get to me the parcel got lost. Once I established where it was and contacted the company they went out of their way to retrieve it and redirected. They kept me informed and were extremely empathetic. Truly happy with the product, and the service.
I never thought I'd have such a delightful hobby! I paint every day, looking forward to it immensely! The options are vast and a little overwhelming at first. Take time to scroll through them all, then GOOD LUCK, narrowing them down! Such a wonderful problem!!!😀
A large waste of money. I like the 3 patterns/canvas's that I purchased. However I'm having real problems with the paint "clumping". The company states that they will send "new" paint if needed, however I was told by email that the pots are too small to ship. My relaxing way to spend the day has turned into great frustration. By the way, they informed me that I could buy and add an acrylic semi clear to help. Not helping at all. I would say DO NOT PURCHASE this product.
