Claire (and previously James) responded promptly, thoroughly and most courtesly. Credit to Bosch that the washing machine I requested the manual for is 25 + years old (from what Claire has said) and still working.
I like the practicality of the Whatsapp option for enquires (and ease for me, as I have a phone that I can have apps on and I have and use WhatsApp). Just wish that Bosch could provide the manual that I require (issue not resolved as due to the age of my washing machine, the manual is not available).
