Downloads full movies in just minutes. Had some trouble figuring out how to download in original language but with the quick help from their support team, am now able to download everything I need.
I have used several other applications to provide screen capture. The only application that handles files without crashing, and provides high quality sound and video is MOVPilot. It most certainly deserves a full 5 star rating.
I used this excellent software for a long time, but then I no longer needed it. So I completely forgot about it. But the automatic renewal of the user license reminded me of its existence. Unfortunately, I didn't want to renew it. So I contacted the company, which agreed to cancel the renewal and refunded me. In addition to having good software, it is also a reliable company that respects its customers.
Thank you for the prompt resolution to my issue of ordering the wrong platform. I reordered the correct platform and the software works like a champ! I am very satisfied with my purchase and the customer service after the sale as my issue was resolved promptly!
I use Mac OS 26. The program often (usually!) stuck on Netflix(it can be on different % ). Pause/Resume reset all what have been downloaded. This continues with different versions I downloaded within last year. I see there are similar feedback already..
I purchased the program only for Amazon and it never could finish to download a movie. The company refuses to refund my money. I sent my logins and screenshots (107MB, not emailable). They didn't do anything for two days, and they replied that I needed to resend the files. I have mail that they download files by WeTransfer. The responses were automatic. Never again, and I'm warning potential victims. It doesn't work on Amazon, and you can't get your money back!

I have been using MovPilot for several months with no problems, but when I tried to download a couple of days ago from Disney the downloads failed, I tried a couple of things myself but no luck I contacted MovPilot and within a couple of days they had me up and running again, great app and great supportMike
