The High score is first off all for their Products (you get much for your money compared to other similar products), i ended up buying the hole bundle for Rally setup incl CM2 Dash directly from Moza (also added a KS wheel now). But If i should point a finger at anything it will be that they are quite slow sending out their product from their Warehouse (it can take up to a week+-) and they send to much random auto generated information when contacting customer support as to avoid getting further questions :)
Very slow shipping and the software for the wheelbase doesn't work. Every time you open the app it resets everything you have changed about the wheelbase. This includes disabling safety features which has hurt my wrist on a few occasions already. The hardware for the money is great. But with this level of software you might as well go to simmagic or something.
Given that a major YouTuber is one of their ambassadors, you’d think their equipment would be up to scratch… but then again entry level can be hit and miss in my previous experiences.Purchased an R3 bundle with SR-P Lite pedals in April 2025, and up until last week (10/09/25) reliability has been OK. During a race my brake pedal got stuck on without me pressing it, so I thought it’s just a glitch or a dirty contact… The screw holding the pedal to the base had become loose so subsequently tightened it, but it was still registering near-maximum input without me pressing the pedal.So I reset and re-calibrated multiple times, and having bought directly from MOZA I contacted them. I knew it was a Chinese company before buying, but thought they’d have a UK help centre… Nope, based in Beijing so time differences played a factor in their response times. They did reply quickly but would not accept that it was a hardware fault.What’s making me write this review is the fact they asked to remotely access my PC from China via software that has historically been unsecure! I BEG YOUR PARDON?! ANYONE WITH A BRAIN KNOWS TO NEVER LET ANYONE ACCESS YOUR PC REMOTELY, EVEN IF THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY A TRUSTED COMPANY!!I doubt they’ll refund me and I probably can fix the pedal myself, but when in warranty that’s not the point! Safe to say if this does get fixed it will be sold to someone willing to take more of a gamble than me.
Recently bought a Moza R9 along with the CRP2 pedals. The pedals are a massive upgrade, braking with the load cell is game changing. The 9nm of torque delivered from the R9 wheel base is I think the perfect amount, it’s plenty of resistance for most and the feedback is clear. You can feel the road very well
PRO:The product is fantastic. i love everything about the hardware i use. I have the R12 DD paired with the Xbox wheel and CRP2 pedals. I Simply love the hardware and have no complaints whatsoever about it. The quality in material and responsiveness is excellent. Cant complain there.Customer Service was great every time i contacted them as well.CON:The Moza Pit app is easy to use but i would remove the need for a password entry every time i need to login. That is kind of annoying as sometimes i wish to make quick adjustments prior to a race start, right after quali. That is something that could improved.The Xbox wheel mapping has limited functionalities. I cant map all available buttons on the wheel. I wish that could be updated.
The products are very good quality, I am satisfied with them.The customer information provided before purchase is incomplete. Stock levels are not indicated on the website, so buyers do not know when they will receive the product before purchasing. In some cases, this can take up to 3-4 weeks for products that are not in the local warehouse. These are shipped directly from China.
