I ordered 3 earrings but unfortunately I received only 2 which is something normal because mistakes happen. I sent an email and they responded immediately willing to help. Specifically, I communicated with Nadia. She helped me immediately and solved the problem! Also the two items that I received were great and I wear them every day
The products are beautiful, but the service is even more beautiful. 😍 Nadia responds quickly. Any doubts were dispelled, and the nipple with a minor defect was immediately replaced. I'm very impressed and thankful!
I ordered few pieces and they were indeed great. I had problem with one of them that customer services gave me direction on how to solve so it's all good. Jewelry is just like picture and surprisingly high quality. By me all I could want.

Be cautious with item descriptions, as I purchased something labeled as an earring, but it arrived as a tiny piece that was too small for the ear. They did not provide an option for an exchange or refund, despite the inaccurate description. I even attempted to use the item for a loan, but they declined to accept it due to its small size.
