very professional

very reactive / modern / professional / experienced / good quality of clients / big portofolio negatif: once contract with a renter signed, you get immediately the invoice over the full amount.Mr Lodge should leave the time to 'earn' that money first by receiving a couple of month rental for the appartement

PLEASE READ, Here is my advise to every one who try to rent apartment here.when it comes to defend your rights Mr. Lodge is useless and they do nothing in reality or they cant. when you ask for flow up then you're welcome to endless CC emails without any responses. It should be a shame for Mr. Lodge business who can't even reach to the home owner asking for updates.Defect in short term contracts cause many problems with DEPOSIT settlement, as instance right after we handover apartment the flat owner refused to respond me, she just disappeared and apparently Mr. Lodge also can't reach their customer too. - meaningless contracts -since now we have not received any inquiries regarding extra costs or damages even she has new tenant but refuse to give my DEPOSIT back.- I paid my rents all 4-5 days before due date and completely, handed flat cleaner than time we received it and in good conditions. we had no issues with her and neighbours.-What you need to do is to learn from others (just a quick search over internet will give you many similar stories) and imagine if it happen to you as well. please not give your money to landlord instead put it on German joint account (Kautionskonto) - Mr. Lodge is never advise you this and not able to get it back for you - otherwise they will spend your security deposit and seems it's hard to them to return it back.be aware that when you move out Owners will claim every existed damages against you so be careful and take as many as you can pictures of every defect and send by email to your land lord and renting company. Fortunately I did same to protect myself later.at the end it seems I really didn't need a renting company because nothing changed for me either you can just prepare yourself upfront by knowing possibilities and your rights.

I am not satisfied with this website at all

I am not satisfied with this website for renting a home at all. We rented a house for six months in Munich, which was not cheap. We paid 2750 euros per month and put 5000 euros as a deposit. The first day we entered the house, a lady from Mr. Lodge came, checked the house, and took some photos of some parts of the house, then the landlord came and explained some about the house. There was a part in the bathroom door that had a scratch, but she had not taken a photo of that part. We are very clean and responsible, and we have no child or pet. We went to university from morning to evening every day, and we did not hold any parties. We kept the house as our own house.After six months of living there, the scratch on the bathroom door that was close to the shower and got wet sometimes became a bit bigger, and obviously, we were living in that house, and the rent includes the compensation for minor damages like this. Clearly, when we lease a car to a person, we would not expect the same mileage as the previous mileage. Cause people will use the car, the same for the house. The landlord reduced 500 euros from the deposit for that tiny scratch on the bathroom door. He claimed that he had changed the door frame for that small scratch. In the contract, it was written that if you do not deliver the house clean, we will take cleaner to clean the house and would reduce some money per hour that cleaner put effort for cleaning. Because of this, we put two whole days into cleaning the house. We cleaned every single corner of the house, closet, fridge, etc., carefully. We left the house totally clean. But the landlord reduced 500 euros from our deposit for the cleaning. I wonder what on earth they did to clean an immaculate house. Mr lodge did not support us at all in this subject. After leaving Munich, the landlord hardly gave the rest of our deposit after a long time. We sent some emails to Mr. Lodge to get some help on this matter, but we did not receive even a reply about this subject. Mr.Lodge sent all the complaints from the landlord to us immediately but ignored our explanations. They seem responsible when they want to attract customers, but in the end, they do not care about their customers at all. Cause they think they do not have benefits for them anymore.
