My experience with Mr. Lodge was exceptional, largely due to the efforts of Ms. Sara Vaerini. Both the Landlord and Mr. Lodge provided excellent support in arranging apartment viewings. The apartment accurately reflected the online listing. Ms. Sara Vaerini's professionalism and responsiveness stood out, making the process of finding and securing an apartment in Munich smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Mr. Lodge for anyone in search of quality accommodation.
Timing and pre-qualification of potential tenants:Early announcement of tenant change and ad out middle of June for August 1. Then very few appointments for 5 weeks followed by many appointments end of July, but few of them qualified or useful, like people finding out about distance to workplace at the visit, instead of before on Google Maps.
Faultless excellent experience, from initial enquiry, to getting all the information neeeded, signing the contract, handover of the apartment and follow-up, everything went smoothly. A stress-free experience for something that can otherwise be quite nerve wrecking. Thank you Gavin, Laura and Mr Lodge team.
