I've made two adorable plushies! However, I'm quite disappointed with the instructional photos; they are difficult to see. As I cut out the pattern pieces for a puppy, I noticed the neck pattern is missing. The clarity of the photos for this pattern is worse than those for the previous two animals. Additionally, I wish the pattern pieces clarified whether to cut each piece on the sew line or if the cutting line is the 1/4" line.

Joined the club expecting both patterns and material, and I also ordered extra material. However, the patterns never arrived. I signed up for the monthly pattern and material service and reached out about the missing patterns, only to be told they couldn't find my account or any orders. When I place an order, I expect to receive what I paid for.
I signed up for the first subscription box and waited nearly a month. Although tracking says it was delivered, I never received it. The team suggested checking every unit in my apartment building. I'm questioning the legitimacy of this service and whether I'll ever receive the box or a refund. I've already canceled my subscription and would advise others to think twice before subscribing.
I ordered multiple patterns for stuffed animals, but I suspect the photos are AI-generated since the patterns don't seem capable of producing them. The animals are quite small, making it hard to handle tight seams as a beginner. The instructions are lacking clarity; it's difficult to discern the fabric sides in the pictures, and two pieces have identical names. One piece was never mentioned in the instructions. Not suitable for beginners.
I don't quilt myself, but my mother-in-law does, and I wanted to keep her engaged with something she enjoys. I ordered a subscription box for her and emailed to confirm if the notifications and pattern emails would go to her. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from a real person within 30 minutes, even on a weekend! If their products are as good as their customer service, this service is definitely a winner!
I absolutely love this subscription! The materials and patterns included each month are wonderful. Even if I don't use the patterns, the fat quarters are perfect additions to my stash. I've contacted customer service several times, and they have consistently gone above and beyond, often responding the same day, even on weekends. I can't say enough good things about this service!
