Nearly three years ago, I acquired a 12x12 corral shelter. At the time, I couldn't get the side/back enclosure due to back orders, which made me doubt its durability against the challenging conditions of the Eastern Plains in Colorado. We frequently experience strong winds, heavy snowfall, and large hail, with no natural wind protection. Following the straightforward instructions, I found that everything is constructed from high-quality materials. Three years later, it remains intact and has not faded at all. There is one small area showing some wear, but overall, we couldn't have asked for a better shelter. Since we lease property, a permanent structure isn't practical for us. We've now bought four of these shelters and recommend them to anyone in need of a temporary yet sturdy option. Although the side/back enclosures were back ordered initially, we utilized heavy-duty tarps without encountering any issues! These shelters are truly exceptional! Ordering parts or a new cover is simple if necessary. If you adhere to the instructions and ensure proper anchoring, you will definitely be satisfied! I made my purchases through an online platform and a local supply store, and I plan to buy more in the future.
My sales rep shipped my order on-time as promised. Unfortunately, the Shipper lost the shipment. Even though it was not ShelterLogic's error Alexa Reynolds in ShelterLogic Customer Service went above and beyond in making it right. I felt valued as a customer and will gladly order from them again with confidence.
Stay away from the Shelterlogic 'garage in a box' product.The frame is ok, but the tarp is pure rubbish.I had to buy two tarps within a period of less than 3 years.Customer service rejected my warranty request.Their feedback was : '….this is our standard temporary fabric with a limited 1 year warranty' So the tarp that comes with the shelter in the box is 'temporary' This is nowhere mentioned, misleading you as a customer.In this way Shelterlogic tries to stay competitive from a pricing perspective.Buy another product is my advice.Update 30.07.2025 :Shelterlogic reviewed my warranty request and decided to honor it and they did send me a new basic tarp.
Alexa Reynold was excellent. She was thorough and made sure I was ordering the correct replacement parts for my Rio beach cart. She was pleasant and professional. I asked her for the survey form because I wanted to make certain I could recognize how great she was (and is).
Anthony went the "extra mile" to solve my problem and produce a very satisfying resolution! Within 24 hours after contacting him, he researched my product and found the right tires for my Rio Wonder Wheeler Ultra beach cart. He contacted me and we were able to order the correct tires and at a very reasonable price. He was polite, professional and focused on solving my problem and he followed up all within 24 hours.
