The gold Astral Neck Chain was the wrong size. I ordered a 20" and got a 17" which does not fit me. The Gold Astral Bracelet was the wrong size it was just a little over 7" and was too short for my wrist. I wrote to you about this, and got no response. I am going to be reluctant to order from you again if I dont hear from you about what to do with these chains and how I can get them replaced or refunded.
Beautiful bracelet, but padded plastic envelope ans small PU leather pouch are not sturdy enough for shipping. The qr code tag was mangled inside the pouch, and the pouch has scratches deep enough to almost be perforated. Thank goodness the bracelet was not damaged! Maybe place the PU Leather pouch inside a a small cardboard box and then in the padded envelope?
