Although your product is absolutely top notch and by far our favorite, customer service is somewhat lacking. Twice I’ve asked questions. Once through your website and once through email. Never received a response to either. My last order I screwed up the order quality for the special. Called immediately and left voicemail. Few days later emailed, few days after that called again. No response to any. Eventually I did get an invoice that my free pack had shipped so thank you for that.
They cancelled my order. The reason that was given was they were out of stock. Looked on their website. It looks like they are out of everything. That's like KFC running out of chicken!!! Now even though I have said that their product is very good....when they have it
The Artisan tortillas are low-sodium and low-carb, but you would never know it. They taste just like any regular flour tortilla, and hold up well to whatever you stuff them with! Delicious and healthy! Put cheese and whatever else you want in there, put into a skillet, fold in half and slightly brown, best lunch ever!
For the diet conscious, or type 2 diabetics, these are the only choice you have. I am on constant reorder for the 2 gram garlic and herb tortillas along with the everything 1 gram tortillas. They both seem to have the best flavor without being overwhelming. For me, the multigrain don't have the flavor I'm looking for. However, In a pinch, they work just fine. No real complaints here.
Great customer service! I called to check on an order. The gentleman I spoke with was friendly and reassured me my order would be delivered that day, and it was delivered within a couple hours after my conversation with him. He asked about day, asked what I like about their product and told me how much they appreciated my business. It was so refreshing to talk to a live person who showed appreciation for being a customer! Plus they have an outstanding product!
