Due to cancer treatments I have a lot of chronic pain and anxiety. I wanted to try these as an alternative to a lot of my stronger medication. I received my first order and tried the gummies and for the first time in nearly 3 years my body was able to relax and my pain massively decreased for the entire evening. I thought they were reasonably priced and fast delivery, I will be purchasing again!

UpdateThe team replied on Saturday and reprocessed the order on Sunday. I am expecting delivery.The products are good. Would recommend.------------------------I placed an order Monday night and received no email confirmation.I tried to login via my mobile to check the order status but the reset password links weren't going through correctly.I sent a few emails starting from Wednesday with no response and Friday I tried logging in via desktop and finally managed to reset my password and check the order status which showed as cancelled.I sent another email to the team but still no response. The payment landed correctly, I have the transaction details on the block explorer and in my app, I shared that with them so there should be no question or doubt if I made or not the payment or where it landed.I ordered before from them and had no issue. The biggest pain point is they haven't replied to my emails at all. Then the fact that I got no email notification about my transaction being cancelled and of course that I lost +£70 in the process.I'm writing this hoping it will get their attention and reply to my emails. As soon as that happens and the issue is sorted I will update this review and change the rating.Thank you.
