i made the mistake of ordering 2 mula pod chairs and like everyone else received a piece of red string you cant get hold of them ive tried all ways they are a big SCAM!!!! taking peoples money its wrongfull advertising and theft PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF !!!! disgusting

Do not purchase, you will receive a piece of string

As many others,they advertise a chair on tiktok, you purchase and are waiting weeks for your chair. A few days ago. I received a piece of string,couldn't understand where it came from. I ordered a chair not a piece of string. They use other post office proof to say it was delivered. My camera's show no postman with a large box that day. Please save your time and money. DONT GIVE MULLA HOME. COM YOUR MONEY. SCAMMER WEBSITE

I ordered a pod chair from Mula Home for £36.00 and all I received was a piece of red string!!! You could not make this up. Trading Standards here I come!

Ordered a pod chair got a black string…

Ordered a pod chair got a black string posted through letter box. Emailed them got a response saying it was a “supplier error” and i would get a refund the following week. Also advised me NOT to start a chargeback with the bank as this will delay the refund and make it take longer. Anyway refund never came, sent 2 more emails but surprise , no reply back.With the evidence i gave the bank they granted a chargeback in less than 24 hours.Wish i read the reviews before orderingSCAM DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!! I stupidly ordered the Mula Pod chair and have been waiting for this to be delivered. Was notified that it was out for delivery this morning. Yet all that turned up was a literal 20cm piece of red string!!! Tried to email, send photos and proof, not got a response. Tried messaging the number that’s linked to this website and got a reply saying they know nothing about this site or why their number is on here. Not sure how much I believe that but here we are. Do not fall for this scam! As someone who’s on a very limited budget, I’m now out of pocket and have been left without this item as it was supposed to be a birthday gift. Absolute SCAM!!! I will be taking this further and I am in contact with my bank. If I could give zero stars or even minus I would!Also, on the website it states a mobile number, email address and an actual address for Amsterdam, Netherlands. I tried whatsapping the number and a person answer and said they had nothing to do with the company and has been getting a lot of messages about it. Not sure if that’s fully true but thought it would be worth mentioning.
