Review Time
There’s 2 things I hate about this app. The first thing is that there’s too many pre-survey questions that ask all of the same questions that the survey asks itself. The second thing is that there’s too many surveys that are sent to people for completion, but after a few questions in, the survey tells you that the researchers are not taking anymore survey submission. I’ve wasted soo much time doing surveys and then being kicked out of it and not even getting a little compensation from it. This app needs serious improvement.
Hi this app was good the first time withdrawal but as you do more servery and get up to to withdrawal again it will not give it to you . They said wait 48 hours and it's been almost 5 days and haven't received my reward. So if you're planning on doing more serveys think twice because you won't get it and then you just wasted your time
Real odd, at first it was so so, then I had a single survey, that it actually let me complete, for....like 38$. Ever since then, I haven't got a single new survey, if I could add a screenshot I would, but yea, the minute I finished that survey, once I tried the rest that were still active, I haven't got a single new one, "customer service " is absolutely useless, wait I take that back, I DID get a few more surveys, and finished, but DIDNT get the credit for any of them, actually, I don't think I ever got anything from support, but there was 3 or 4 surveys that I didn't get credit for, all in all, it's hot garbage. If not for that one fluke of a survey, it would have been way more frustrating, cause I know I would have gotten just barely below the cash out minimum, and gotten nothing for it. Really terrible, eh, u win some u lose some I spose
Well their app is very faulty. It seems impossible to get to the $15 level for payout. Many of the surveys fail. So I am fast losing interest in even trying with MultiPolls. Will wait to see if they respond to this review. If they dont respond, then I will lose my money and delete the app. Not a good thing to happen. However reading the reviews it looks like I am not alone.
Multipolls were a really good way to earning some money but now after the update it's totaly impossible to reach the cashout level. I'm so close to reaching the cashout level but every survey I enter is not a match or unavailable so reaching the cashout i level impossible I don't reccomend wasting your time with milltipolls
The company Bohemian AI which owns and runs MultiPolls will tell you that your failed cashout on their end will be returned to you in several hours. Hours become days and days become weeks. They will tell you things in emails that they will never act upon. They will turn off your ability to do surveys if you dare challenge them for not refunding your money for your time so you can cashout successfully. Sure, you may make $12.50 once or twice a week for a couple of months. But then your money and time will disappear at some point during a "failed cashout with the gift card provider in your country". Beware.
