Its a horrible company to work with. We have been emailing them constantly to cancel our account they are just not doing it. They charged us for a quarter when we had emailed saying cancel way before the renewal date. On the platform we tried to cancel multiple time, and it just keeps taking up back to the same survey over and over again and fails to cancel our subscription!
I'm using Insense since 2022, but my first collab only came in 2023. I'm active and check it everyday for brand opportunities and invitations - rarely get an answer from them. Until today I have worked on 4 collabs there. This is impossible - as a full time content creator. The app managers or the brands don't care about the users. The most recent example: I've applied in feb 2025 and the brand hired me on jan 2026!!! And the deliverable didn't even fit anymore.
