I would like to thank Sara for her support in subscription’s cancelation process, I used the contact form, it took minutes to solve despite it was not the proper way to cancel. There is an instruction in FAQ section (cancelation procedure) Sara sent me for future purpose but in my case she did it for me quickly and was very polite.

Less than a month ago, I discovered "MUSICFUL" and was completely blown away. The level and quality are top notch. Yesterday, I accidentally deleted a song from my account and contacted customer support. They replied after 14 minutes. I woke up, and Mickey said, "It's okay, buddy. I had an issue with a bug that wasn’t allowing me to download my songs after good communication with the support to trouble shoot the issue. Took a couple days to figure out as IT issues sometimes do the managed to solve the problem and informed me as soon as it was handled great experience
I received help today and it was fantastic. The representative was prompt with replies and incredibly helpful with everything. She made resolving the issue much easier, and I'm thrilled with how smoothly it all went. I would give 6 out of 5 stars if possible.
I bought 5 euros per week package in musicful app. But I can’t record my raw song in app to generate like a band play songs (full track professional song). It just ask money again for yearly plan but I don’t dare to purchase it cause I didn’t trust anymore.
