Bought sheet music, didn't receive it

Edited to add: finally got my music, they made things right.I paid for sheet music in the app but never received it. I got a receipt from google play but no confirmation email. I have been emailing musicnotes for a week. I've sent proof of payment and the receipt -but no help. I'm nor impressed at their customer service and really just want my music! I've never had trouble before ordering online...maybe an app problem?

I bought a song and then I bought the pro subscription because I wanted to download my song so I spent $15.00 on the pro Subscription to download my song, and then it said, "There was an issue activating your purchase of of Pro Subscription, do you wish to try to activate it now?" Then I did try again several times but each time it didn't work so now, I just spent $15 for a subscription that doesn't even work, and for those who are thinking if it didn't work then it didn't take the money, well on my iphone, it shows the money spent on that subscription.Can I have my money back or can you help me with this problem?

ordered while on train and then printed when I got home. Most convenient. Buying an individual tune is easier thhan buying a book with other tunes that you don't need

Wouldnt print

Wouldnt print. Said all prints used. Everything else is able to print from mobile but not music notes. Not worth going through all over the refund request process to even bother for 4.99. Wont just use again

Excellent site…

Excellent site which allows transposition of songs into various different keys. A real life saver for singing teachers, particularly when teaching male changing voices. Would be lost without it!

Buying sheet music has somehow turned into a trip down the Styx river. After paying for the score the service wouldn't allow me to save the PDF, but only, under strict conditions and an ultimatum of "one attempt" or die, print the seven pages of Blue in Green transcript. How? Why? Can I have what I've paid for? I want to play it. Now.It is very kind of you to send the PDF by email. Thank you. I've changed my rating from one star to four.
