Orders music to print with beginners…

Orders music to print with beginners app. My printer was set up correctly, but still did not print. The attempts to print ran out. I don't understand why they make it so difficult to print, then say your attempts have ran out. I sent a message to customer service. I am not sure how long this process will take. I would like a refund please and Thank You.
