My Claim Group stated they would do a really good job and come back to me with positive feedback. But I was left broke and answering to the industry in a city that had no business compensating someone for their action, hard work and trouble. They started off with a professional approach, then asked for too much details, and last but not least, kept me in the lurch. I could have originally gone on holiday with my hard earned money, I was totally unaware of what was at stake. A lesson learned is a lesson earned.
To be honestly I’m no sure if I got email back from my claim group or what exactly happened with the claim I would love to get any updates on my claim status and how it went or if it was successful

I registered my claim, but it hasn't been processed for nearly 8 months. Despite following up multiple times, I was told it was being processed, yet I received no updates unless I reached out. Each response was the same, leading me to believe there is no real investigation happening.
Despite my clear communication about withdrawing my claim, I continue to be harassed by the representatives. I have provided written confirmation of my withdrawal, yet they still refuse to stop contacting me. I plan to file a complaint with the appropriate authority on Monday.
