Lack of communication

When the order was placed I spoke with a person they suggested I put there name on the form and they would be my point of contact. I never heard from them again. I had to call regarding the paperwork, which was there sitting in the office and they sent it over night.

Average service

Some customer service reps are excellent. Some not very good and seem to lack customer oriented training. Unfortunately it appears profit motive has again "trumped" service.
