Since doing online shopping alot more in the last 5+ years, Ive come across Route and enjoy and trust their app. I will always use Route when given the option because anything can happen to a package. I've also worked for UPS, so I know. During this time Ive only had to use Route's protection 2 times. Both times the representatives have been more than helpful, caring, but resolved the issue that day. Best customer service I've come across. It makes shopping online alot easier and worry free...and I like to be worry free. Route is worth every single penny. Thanks for being such a respectable and dependable company.

This company is complete trash. I tried to file a claim and it forced me to scan my ID, which failed four f'ing times. There is literally no other way to proceed. The AI chatbot is useless and just loops the same bullshit responses. There’s no customer support email, no real help, nothing.

I paid $30 for insurance and it’s absolutely impossible to use. Total scam behavior. I finally went to my bank and did a chargeback because dealing with this shitty company was a waste of time. Don’t bother. Save your money and your sanity.

Outstanding Service! Quick Resolution for My Package Issue

Outstanding service! After a frustrating period where my package was stuck for over a month, I encountered a lack of accountability from the shipping and seller. They offered nothing but apologies and asked me to wait. However, when I reached out to the support team, I received a prompt response with a clear solution and timeline. Ultimately, I received my refund exactly when the support team indicated. Great job!

Initially skeptical about protection fees, but worth it!

When I first placed my order and noticed the fee for protection, I thought it was unnecessary. However, I decided to go for it since it was just a few extra dollars. My package was stolen once, and recently there was an issue with delivery to the wrong address. The support team responded quickly and was very courteous and professional.
