Very disappointed with delivery service

I wouldn't even give this a single star since I still haven't received my package ordered on December 5, 2025. It was sent with a questionable carrier. I was told the company contacted the shipper and that I should receive it soon, but that hasn’t happened. Communication is frustrating; it’s hard to reach a representative, and my messages often go unanswered. I’m planning to dispute the charge with my credit card company soon. Proceed with caution!

Subpar customer service experience

The product appears decent, but the customer service is lacking. I had an issue with an order that arrived well past the expected date. Trying to communicate between the platform, the payment service, and customer support was a hassle. Ultimately, it was just a waste of time, with no resolution. A valuable lesson learned: be cautious when the seller doesn't provide direct customer support.

Avoid this seller

I ordered a lamp on November 27. There was no update until December 2, when I emailed to ask about the delay. They claimed the items are handmade and usually take 3-5 days before shipping, but mine supposedly shipped the day before. Now it's day 14, and I still don't have my package. The seller has not offered any solutions, only patronized me and told me to be patient. This was a birthday gift, and that day has passed. They provided tracking through a dubious site, and the carrier claims there’s an issue, so I still have no package. I'm filing fraud charges with my bank. I doubt they ever intended to send my package. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wonderful blanket and excellent service

I purchased a cozy sherpa blanket for my loved one, and she adores it. Very comfortable. When the postal service mistakenly delivered it to the wrong address (not the seller's fault), they promptly sent me a replacement at no charge. The customer service was very attentive. I plan to shop with them again.

I wouldn’t even give it a single star; I still haven't received my package ordered on December 5, 2025. They used a questionable shipping service. I was told they reached out to the shipper and that I would receive it soon, but that hasn't happened. It's nearly impossible to speak with someone, and they rarely respond to my messages, leaving issues unresolved. I'm planning to file a dispute with my credit card company tomorrow. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!

Scam from a social media ad

I saw an ad online and checked for its legitimacy, finding positive reviews, so I thought it was reliable. I placed an order, but it appeared twice on my credit card. When I called, I was told I had been scammed. They do not sell directly to consumers; only to distributors. I was advised to cancel my orders with my bank, which I did.

Lamp arrived damaged

I received my lamp today and was very disappointed. The materials feel cheap, and the lampshade was broken and bent out of shape. This was meant to be a birthday gift, and I don't have time to get a replacement. Update: the seller has offered to send a replacement and expedite the delivery at no cost. If I receive a new, undamaged one soon, I will adjust my rating. The customer service was quite good.

Terrible customer service

The customer service was horrendous. The lampshade arrived with the border peeling. They offered a discount on a future order and suggested I repair it myself for a small credit (25%), but they completely ignored my follow-up. AVOID THIS SELLER!!!

Disappointment with purse orders

I ordered two purses. I was excited when the first one arrived, but upon inspection, it was poorly made. After sending them pictures as requested, they claimed it was due to shipping, which is not my fault. The second purse arrived in similar condition. I was told I couldn’t return it. I expressed my concerns and sent more pictures, but they insisted it was due to shipping again. I feel ignored and unvalued as a customer. I had high hopes for this purchase but am now thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.
