I have never experienced a worse delivery service. The package sent to me from Sydney to just outside Canberra has been stuck for over a week. I could have driven there and back many times. I will no longer buy from any store that ships using StarTrack and I will always ask from now on.

I called the customer care line and the person on the other side I could hardly hear them as there mic was so soft and then I was told that I can’t collect or redirect my package as the sender has so change the deliver authority.

I said your driver has it or why can’t I come to the depo to collect and they said no it has to be sent back to where it came from…… I am not happy with this and this is unreliable.

A highly frustrating experience with this delivery service!

What a frustrating experience with this delivery service! They struggle to deliver packages accurately, sending them to a depot instead. The card suggests a pickup option for the next day, but it’s out for delivery again. They can’t leave it without a special sticker, and the mobile website is practically unusable. Plus, reaching them by phone is nearly impossible due to limited staff availability.

Home all day, yet no delivery attempt

We were home all day and even left a note on our letterbox. I doubt the delivery person even exited their vehicle, as no calling card was left. It’s frustrating how lackadaisical this service appears to be!
