The customer service at MyCorporation exceeded my expectations by far! Carlos was very knowledgeable of the features that each package deal had to offer and patient enough with me to explain each one them. He provided options of ways I could complete my application and took the time out to walk me through to completion which was very reassuring. I received my finalized documents very quickly, within a week and a half and that was without rush shipping. Carlos' positive attitude while answering all of my questions during this time only confirmed that I made the right choice choosing MyCorporation!
Brandon is amazing. He knew what I was asking for even though I was having trouble articulating it. He was able to provide electronic copies immediately and saved my tax day. I have 2 companies with MyCorporation and I am happy and relieved to be able to use them for all my Corporation types of needs.
Can I give half a star? I opened a coaching business about 5 years ago and decided to go with MyCorporation at startup. After 2 years, I wanted to cancel my membership with MyCorp and go with someone else. For the past 3 years, I have called them several times each year to stop sending me renewal emails and notifications every month. There is a lady in the office who is very condescending and so stuck up I was appalled that she was even allowed to work there. I have also emailed them more times than I can count to stop the emails and guess what email I usually get the next day when I ask them to remove me from their lists? An email to renew or enroll in email notifications. It’s been almost 4 years since I cancelled my services with them and I’m STILL getting emails! They are very unprofessional at this company. Go somewhere else.
No lighting fast service here! I had to finally call them to ask what was going on? They said somebody was supposed to call me, but didn’t?? I paid for rush service on everything, and after 2 1/2 weeks when I finally got a hold them all they say is California isn’t rushing anything?? But they charged me for everything? Go figure. The lady tells me they already refunded me the expedite fee, but she was going to see what else they could do because of all the issues. I get a voice mail today saying they refunded me $185.00 like she was helping me out? Turns out they had never refunded me the expedite fee from before and that’s what she refunded me and nothing else? Fist time to use this company and it will be my last time!
