Although staff very polite and helpful i was passed to 4 different ppl to be told we can defo help or find a solution to then be told i couldnr afford repayments (which i can)so they couldnt help me felt disapointed and broken mentally as they promised to help

Really helpful company very understanding and clear breaking things down for me, I tried other ones but was going through apps and voice messages but this one you can talk to someone which was essential in my situation to understand my dept situation and come to a solution it's really helping my mental health which am very grateful thank you dept plan....
