Brendon took the time to listen to me. He explained how everything works and sent me a step by step instructions to my email after going over the directions with me. He wanted to know what I wanted to achieve.
She took the time and listened to me and was very professional. She promised she would take care of the issue and I would have a 100% refund. She put me on hold for a short moment and was back with everything resolved. There needs to be better customer service in other departments but hers was 100% outstanding. Thank you!
It was very helpful to speak with Fritz & have the system explained in a lineal way. The videos are informative but put me into what seemed was a loop of more to buy. Having Fritz call me was so important! She made me feel like I'm not just a number to your company, & that my success is important to her & your company!
Being able to cancel my subscription. There was miscommunication when I ordered. Thought I was only ordering once for My Derma Dream. Talha was able to clear things for me and cancel my subscription.
I haven't tried the product yet and I'm excited to get it. May (or maybe spelled Mae) is wonderful. She fully explained everything. I rarely write reviews but I feel I must share this one. I placed an order with Derma Dream and not long after had a need to try to cancel. This company and Tahla were so supportive it was amazing. Best customer service ever!!! It is refreshing to find a business that actually cares about the human as much as the product!!
Javeria was great to work with. She explained everything thoroughly and helped me to find a solution to my issues. While I’m still trying to find the right product for me, Javeria’s service was excellent.
Information was clear and complete.
I was a little surprised at extra products information/overall costs, that was not included on initial video.
