The order took a little too long for what it is. The dolls are good quality, very cute and overall meet expectations but the card that came with it looked very cheap laminated printed paper, I could’ve done it myself and saved myself the extra cost of the card to be honest.

I placed my order in November following a social media advertisement that indicated the final date to order for Christmas. However, the doll didn't arrive until January. While the doll was well-made and very cute, I believe the advertising was misleading. It should be clearly communicated before placing an order, rather than afterward.

A heartfelt gift that brought joy

I purchased a baby mobile featuring four of our family pets for my grandson, intending it as a surprise for my daughter. Given the recent loss of one of her dogs just before her son's arrival, I knew this would hold special meaning for her. She was overjoyed and truly valued the personalized touch. It was great

It was great. I was a little confused about the base situation. I think there was just a little bit of a language barrier when I did use the chat. They kept saying I didn't order the base and I kept thinking "well why did I get the wooden circle then." But whoever emailed me explained it perfectly. They said "you didn't order the rods but all the orders come with the wooden circle " then I completely understood. It looks like my mom and each step was communicated. Constructive criticism: on your website, you may want to explain what time zone your company is in so everyone will understand when the chat feature is up.
