Review Time
Placed my order, received the confirmation email, and all links to the website were dead. I tried to google the page and it was gone too, so I couldn’t track my order.I did receive the order a week later and they were the wrong colour. One of them was on a terrible material and a completely different size to the others, even though they were all large.With the website down, my only option was to complain via their Facebook messenger page. They replied but I’m pretty sure I’m talking to a bot, and they keep asking me to provide images and measurements of the incorrect order over and over without offering any solutions.EDIT: they have advised they are giving me a partial refund and resending own shirt. I’ll update again shortly.
Absolutely diabolical experience. Honestly quite unbelievable. I have sent through the same simple instructions seven times now. Every. Single. Revision. has been completely incorrect. I am truly baffled. I've asked them to lay out the 6 images I've provided in a requested format and even sent them the image of the exact layout myself. Every single time they layout the images in a new visually unappealing way completely different from what I requested. I'm unsure how it's so impossible to just copy something, it got to the point where I said "just put the reference image I sent you directly onto the t shirt, copy and paste" and they once again send through the 6 images in a new different layout. They also never retain information so in the very first revision I asked they remove the random city skyline background they added, then in a later revision when I asked them to fix the image layout they re-added the city skyline haha!!! This is the first negative store review I've ever left in my life but I had to warn people. They have spent so long sending me incorrect designs that this item that was meant to be a leaving gift for someone moving abroad now won't arrive on time.
Size was much smaller than anticipated for male sizing. They also stuffed up my order using a friends face I had cropped from a picture..They refused any help what so ever to rectify the situation.Paid over $50 AU AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY..
Even though there was a problem with my order, Myfacesocks were great. They immediately set out rectifying the problem. I have never had any other issues with my orders. They have always arrived on time and I have always been happy with the standard of work.
Orded and paid double the price of my item for express post as we had a event I needed the product for .. I was emailed and asked for a futher 39 dollars on top of the 49 I had already paid .... $37 for the shirt and $88 for express post which they could not guarantee after my order said it was posdiable ... bk and forth with customer service, who would not listen...only to cancell my order .... not happy if your in Australia DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
