Setting up the account was a nightmare.

I set up my account nine weeks ago, but now, just two weeks before my event, the system has failed (Error Code: E08). I can't receive any gifts, which is incredibly frustrating.

Don't waste your money

This is not free as advertised, and we faced significant challenges even activating the registry. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise as we discovered the excessive surcharges for transactions. There are better platforms that charge the sellers instead of users. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless they enjoy paying transaction and activation fees to set up a registry. The site is difficult to navigate, and loading multiple items was a hassle; each item had to be saved individually.

High transaction fee

The overall interface and process were simple and straightforward, but a $13.60 fee on a gift registry donation feels excessive. Assuming there are 100 guests at a wedding, that's a staggering $1360 in transaction fees.
