Quality has declined significantly over the years

I've been purchasing from this brand for a few years now, and I've noticed that the quality has not been what it used to be. They've essentially turned into a fast-fashion brand. While it's understandable to use more affordable materials, it's frustrating to see them increase prices on items that don't warrant it. I bought a pair of high-rise pants during a sale, and after wearing them just five times, I noticed unraveling at two seams. After the second wear, they started to pill between the legs. When I contacted the support team, they claimed it was just wear and tear. It's hard to accept that leggings priced at nearly 120 dollars should fall apart so quickly. Previously, I bought a couple of items that were disappointingly thin as well. I'm relieved I purchased these on sale because I would never pay full price for such quality. Moving forward, I will be exploring other options. This brand seems to be offering subpar merchandise at premium prices.

Extremely disappointed with the service

I would give zero stars if possible, as I placed my order on December 26th, fully aware it was Boxing Day, yet I still haven't received my items, and it's now January 17th! They haven't provided any updates since December 30th! This is unacceptable for such a large corporation. I'm very frustrated with this level of service! Additionally, I keep being directed to various departments to resolve the issue. I will never purchase from this company again! The service is terrible! After 23 days, I still don’t have my order? The company needs to improve their operations! What a disgrace 😤

Longtime fan, but service has declined

I’ve been a loyal supporter for a long time, but recently my experience has changed, and I'm very disappointed, especially with the service. I’ve made several purchases this year, and on three separate occasions, after placing my order, I was informed 3-5 days later (once even after it showed as shipped) that my order was canceled due to inventory issues. This never used to happen, and it reflects poorly on customer service. I’ve never encountered this problem with other purchases, only with this company. It feels like there's an attempt to maximize sales at the cost of service. Please revise your order handling and inventory management for online sales. I dislike wasting my time, and unless this issue is addressed, you’ve lost a long-term customer. I can't be the only one frustrated by this situation. Improve your service.

Frustrating Experience with Order Delays and Miscommunication

On 8 December 2025, I made a purchase of 3 items from the company. By 18 December, with no shipping updates, I reached out to the seller. They informed me of an error and assured me that my order would be expedited with 2-day shipping. They sent a gift card that I had to return, and promised an additional $30 gift card for my inconvenience. Fast forward to 22 December, and I still haven't received what was promised in writing. To make matters worse, the first representative disconnected the call, and the second one stated (1) she couldn't find my order, (2) that they refunded the $78, and (3) that the $30 gift card was sent. After providing screenshots of my order, the representative admitted there was indeed an order - part had shipped and the rest would arrive 2-3 days after Christmas, which was why I ordered on 8 December. I requested a $50 gift card for their unacceptable behavior and dishonesty, only to be told to wait longer for a response. This company clearly exhibits deceptive practices!

Terrible support experience.

Terrible support experience. I couldn't transfer the mirror to a friend without incurring membership fees myself. I scheduled a phone appointment for the next day with the support team, but they never reached out. The only alternative is chat support, which is, of course, automated. I spent an hour trying to resolve this issue, and they mentioned they would send an email in 4-7 business days. I'm really relieved to be moving on from this company.

Good fit but prone to staining

I bought some athletic slim-fit slacks, and they look just like what I ordered online. However, they stain easily; while it washes out with water, it tends to stain again. The material is comfortable, but be cautious of its tendency to get dirty.

Frustrating delivery options

Why would you only offer one courier option during December? And why is there only one delivery speed? I ordered over 10 days ago, and I'm still waiting. For a premium product, I expect a premium service.

When my package arrived, I received the wrong item. However, they quickly expedited the correct item and allowed me to keep the one sent by mistake.

Disappointing experience with my tracksuit

I bought a tracksuit last week and after washing it for the first time, the color faded in several spots despite following all care instructions. I contacted the company, but they refused to honor their warranty because it had been washed. I won't shop here again and will dispute the charge.

Unacceptable experience with my order

I paid a ridiculous amount of money for leggings that I never received. This situation feels like a scam. You can find leggings at a local store that look just as good, if not better, for much less. What a disappointment.
