I had a very frustrating experience after ordering boots for my wife's calves, which were advertised with free shipping. I've reached out to the support team four times for tracking information, and they keep telling me my order is on its way. I wish I had used a safer payment method or checked reviews first. To add to my frustration, I even received a follow-up offer for discounted boots in another color, even though my original order hasn’t arrived yet. I'm now contacting my credit card company for help. I really need to rethink shopping on this platform.
