Delivery 3 hours late, cartons soft and defrosted (just one small ice pack to keep 15 meals frozen). One meal split open in two places.Had the same issue with defrosted meals a while back and was told they’d look into placing more ice packs in with the meals - looks like they decided not to 🤷🏼♂️
Love their products and their customer service is wonderful. I had an issue (bag had split en route) and they responded and resolved it almost instantly. The customer service team were so friendly too - it felt like talking to friends!
