complete scam - I never signed up to them yet they took money from my bank account - when I cancelled they tried to charge me a cancellation fee!!UPDATE 3: I complained and accused them of blackmail and they quickly completed the refund without further demands. I will not re-instate the star I removed as their blackmail attempt was underhand and illegal.UPDATE 2: They did not refund me and are now trying to blackmail me by saying they won't refund me unless I delete this review!! What a nasty and illegal bunch this lot are. This is what their email said "As a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of your concerns, we are willing to offer a full refund of your membership fee, which we believe is the best solution at this time. As part of our policy, we kindly ask that reviews be deleted before refunds are issued. This step is essential as, unfortunately, we have had many cases where customers have not updated their reviews after receiving refunds. This may unfairly impact our brand reputation, even if we have resolved the issue. Please note I have personally deactivated your account from our platform.In light of the measures taken to resolve the issue, we kindly ask you to consider removing your public comments or reviews, as they may continue to impact our platform even after the issue has been resolved.“IMPORTANT: Please note that deleting your review serves as vital evidence submitted to our Payments Department to ensure that your refund is processed within 3-5 days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.” If for any reason this does not happen, you are free to re-evaluate and re-write your review."UPDATE: They eventually refunded everything and deactivated my account and even apologised - but I'd still be very wary of them and not sign up unless you are absolutely sure that you understand all the terms that they impose (without asking you to confirm your agreement during the sign up process - you are expected to read all their terms and conditions to find out about things like the cancellation fee).
