I felt deceived by this service...

I felt deceived by this service this morning. They claimed that for 8 AED, I would receive a Samsung S25. After I paid, I was informed it was for a gift card, not a phone, despite the advertisement stating it was for a phone. Now, I've lost my money for nothing. Scammers, one day you will be held accountable. Please, everyone, don't fall for this like I did.

Requesting a refund

As of today, I have yet to receive any refund from you. Money was deducted from my account on the 1st, 8th, and 16th of September. I was just notified that more money will be withdrawn on the 28th. I have an account balance of 55.80. This is far from satisfactory. I am very concerned. I was assured via email on August 7th that my money would be refunded, so why are more deductions occurring? While it's not a significant amount in Europe, it means food on the table here in South Africa.

Suggestions for product expansion

I hope the company will consider adding more electronic items for sale, such as external hard drives, small LED TVs, and computer monitors. I was looking for these items but couldn't find them.
