Had an appointment booked in. Changed my phone number so I couldn't log in to attend the session. Sent emails and messages explaining the issue and didn't have anyone respond in time. It was counted as a missed appointment and charged $100AUD. Finally got a response from support and they said it's my fault for not notifying them sooner (notified the moment I changed my number) Still receiving emails for an overdue account for this and no recognition or response to my reason why.
I’ve really enjoyed using My Mirror for my mental health journey. The convenience of online sessions and being able to browse different psychologists to find the right fit is fantastic. I also appreciated the match guarantee, which helped me find a therapist I absolutely love—she’s incredibly skilled and supportive.The only downsides for me are the lack of a way to contact or message my therapist between sessions, and the cancellation policy. I was unwell and couldn’t cancel my session without being charged, so I pushed through despite not feeling great.Overall, My Mirror has been a helpful platform, and I’d recommend it to others looking for accessible mental health support.
