The roadside assistance provided is utterly disappointing. On Friday, I made a payment to update my service, but shortly after, I received another message requesting an additional payment. When I requested a tow, I was informed that I needed to pay another installment before that could happen. My car is scheduled for repairs tomorrow, and despite assuring them I could make the payment on Friday, they refused to assist. I will never use this service again; it feels like a scam. My previous experiences with another service were much better, and the lack of real support here is appalling. I do not recommend this service at all. I will be disputing the last payment made.
