We received a package that was broken. Myos was all over the box and bag. I sent an email to Myos with my concerns. Got a response within an hour, sent them some photos of the mess and two days later had a fresh jar. Thank you! This stuff is gold!
I’ve only just started using it, but it’s been great so far. My very old dog has a very sensitive stomach and it tolerated it quite well and loves the taste. And for the few weeks I’ve used it, it seems to be helping him keep weight on… and is hoping to ease some of his osteoarthritis pain. Hopefully it’ll continue to work in conjunction with all the other treatments.
I do like the product but don’t like how hard it is to cancel an order. I had forgotten I had set up monthly shipment and because of how hard it was to cancel I ended up just getting another shipment that I really didn’t need. I originally got it for my senior dog and at first he did great but after a while his stool started getting soft and his tummy often didn’t feel the best. I do believe it did help my dog at first but because of his reaction to it I can only feed it occasionally.
