Significant delays in order delivery

I experienced a considerable delay with my order; the payment was processed, but it took weeks for the food to arrive. While I understand the holiday season can be busy, this isn't the first time this has happened. I received notifications indicating delivery was expected from a carrier, only to find out it was delayed because it hadn't been received. I even tried to expedite another order, but it still hasn't arrived past the initial expected delivery date.

UNRELIABLE DELIVERY PROMISES

THIS SERVICE CLAIMS NEXT DAY DELIVERY, BUT IT'S NOT TRUE. I ORDERED ON 9TH DECEMBER AND AM STILL WAITING AS OF 18TH DECEMBER. I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT THE TRACKING NUMBER. NOW THEY'RE ASKING ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 24 HOURS. THIS IS DOG FOOD, SO I HAVE TO GO OUT AND PURCHASE MORE AS I'M OUT.

Ongoing delays in order delivery.

I am still awaiting part of my order. Despite receiving assurances about delivery, the driver has not arrived. I am quite dissatisfied, especially since it was a substantial order.

Disappointing Delivery Experience

I ordered my dog food on 27/11, but it was delivered late by the courier on 3rd December. I reached out via email to inquire about the delay, but the response was unsatisfactory. They suggested I track it on the courier's site, which I had already done. After sending a screenshot as proof, I only received an automated reply. I am extremely unhappy with the service and will be canceling my subscription to seek alternatives that value their customers.

Good value, but delivery communication needs improvement

During Black Friday, I ordered four 20kg bags of mixed bird seed. The delivery took longer than expected, which is understandable during this busy season. My main concern was that the items arrived in two separate shipments without prior notice, causing some confusion. It would have been helpful to have documentation with the first delivery indicating that another was on the way, which could have prevented me from needing to reach out. While the email responses were also delayed, I understand this time of year can be hectic. On a positive note, I appreciated the bargain price (half off), and the quality of the bird food mix was excellent. I would consider using the service again, but I’ll make sure I’m not in a rush next time and hope they take my feedback about delivery documentation into account. Thank you.

I like the product, but not the service

I like the product I ordered. The real concern is whether it will arrive. The answer seems to be probably not. There's no phone number for contact, only emails, and the response time is very slow. The communication issues are absolutely frustrating. I will be taking my business elsewhere as it's not worth the trouble.

Where is the rest of my order?

I ordered two large bags of cat litter and got tempted by some offers, including a large bag of dry food. The order arrived within a couple of days, but the dry food was missing from the delivered boxes. I contacted customer service about the missing item and was told I need to repackage the boxes and provide photographic proof that there wasn't room for the dry food. The cat litter is heavy and hard to handle. I understand it's a busy time, but I am shocked at having to go through all these steps to get the £10 bag of food I paid for but haven't received. My 'great deal' is no longer appealing, and I’ll think twice before using this service again.
