Customer service is one of the most infuriating I have ever had to deal with. Every single response is a copy/paste asking for a batch number, or to send an image, or about how to raise a complaint but not actually resolving the issue. Only 1 image can be uploaded but CS asks for photos of all damaged items individually to be uploaded in separate messages, but no one actually checks the other messages and asks for the same information again via copy/paste.The products are not delivered temperature controlled and so arrived in 44C temperature and were damaged. CS insists they will look into this in the factory, despite the fact that the issue is with the courier. Again no one reads the complaint. Same issue happened 2 years ago and it appears they haven't realised food products need temperature control by the courier.Going around in circles via messaging is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
Items on the website most of the times they don't have them in stock and still they sell to you, making you wait an eternity for your package. I really like it , clean and simple site , but the one thing that bother me when i got additional fess for delivery even tho i reach the limit for free delivery!!Then i notice the extra 100 SAR in the limit for ksa 😅Overall great experience for orderingUpdate: I couldn’t complete my order because the payment problem!I try to fix it with four different visa and two card from apple pay… 😅💔
