It was good but i had some problems with the details i had to fill to order.. first of all i didn't find the city i live in in the city section "al rass" so i had to put another one.. second of all after i ordered there's no section on the app i can track my order with it... the price was great and the discount was incredibly good.. but i hope you'll find a way to fix the VAT... thank you for everything you were always the best in the market
Payment take time then bank hold my money and the order stopped 🥲🥲🥲 No my order and money on hold As new customer and for my new order bad experience 🥲 As much as I was excited I get sad Plz when the problem will be solved I want a gift shaker or any thing 😞😞😞😞
Regarding my previous order, #681994705, it was only partially fulfilled. Despite multiple complaints and follow-up emails, the remaining items were never delivered. I am placing a new order with the expectation that these outstanding items will be included.
Horrible experience while trying to use the app! I tried to log in or register atleast 20 times and it wasn’t working .i wanted to use the extra off through the app but unfortunately I couldn’t. Never had such an experience with any other app
