This app is so very easy to use. I like the way that it places my clothing on the models. Even though there is a little kink as far as the full models, being full length sometimes, but overall it’s a great app to use. I highly recommend it!

Beware of the so-called free trial!

This service claims to provide a three-day free trial, but don't be fooled! I canceled on the second day, yet they still charged me and claimed I hadn't canceled. They refuse to issue a refund. I recommend looking for a more trustworthy service that doesn't mislead customers with their free trial offers, only to act like cancellations don't exist to keep your initial payment. It's appalling to exploit people with a free trial just for profit.

Unauthorized charges for almost a year

They charged my card without any prior notice for nearly a year, which I discovered while reviewing my monthly expenses. When I contacted them regarding ethical practices and compliance, they declined to issue a refund, claiming I had agreed to the charges when I entered my card details during the trial. Even after confirming that I had not used the software, they still refused to refund.

Images look promising so far

The images appear to be of good quality and there seems to be a nice variety available. I’m still getting accustomed to this app.

Good tool with a learning curve

It's a great tool, but you need to experiment a bit to master it! There are several AI glitches, such as face alterations and logo/text errors, but overall, I’m achieving good results, even if it costs a lot of credits.

Unethical charges for almost a year

When I reached out about ethical practices and compliance, they refused to issue a refund, stating I had agreed to the charges during the trial. Even after confirming I hadn’t used the software, they still denied the refund.

Not suitable for large-scale production

PROS: I appreciate that there are real people to assist, unlike other AI platforms; the representative provided a thorough tour and tutorial, addressing our unique challenges. This is the best platform I’ve tried so far, especially for small businesses. CONS: 1. Customer service could improve. I acknowledge missing the 3-day cutoff; however, I dislike being automatically signed up for a plan without notification post-trial. A courtesy email about the trial ending would be beneficial. I was unsure of the plan I needed until after exploring the platform, and the company wouldn’t let me switch to a more suitable plan. 2. The AI lacks the development for accurate outputs; even following best practices, it often takes 25-40 credits to get one good image for one SKU. The entire process feels risky, and it's unclear if you have enough credits in your plan. 3. Purchasing additional credits sounds appealing but isn’t economical for my needs; buying a new plan could be cheaper than topping up credits. 4. The upscaler is decent but costs 30 credits to use. This isn’t practical for large projects with many SKUs. IN CONCLUSION: Despite Picjam's potential, it has significant improvements to make before effectively supporting large-scale fashion brands with numerous SKUs and complex designs.
