she ignores what i stated in email when asking me to provide certain documents and clearly doesn't understand herself what she is actually asking for.
once i sent her a email explaining the issue she blocked me.

The communication and engagement are absolutely dismal. Every time I call, I hear that all operators are busy. Even when I leave my name and number, no one calls back. I’m trying to reach them about a very urgent matter, and it feels impossible. Their preferred method of communication seems to be email, which is frustrating!
I worked for this agency for two months and requested a reference, but no one is responding. My new employer has tried multiple times to reach out via email and phone, but there’s no answer. I was repeatedly told I would receive back pay that I am entitled to, but there has been no communication. My calls go to voicemail, and I’ve asked for multiple manager callbacks that never happen. There’s no stability, and they are holding onto my pay without a way to escalate the issue since they don’t respond.

Overall, the service from this agency is poor. Different branches behave similarly, with no responses to emails or phone inquiries. Some branches don’t answer, and recruitment consultants don’t seem to make an effort to help you secure interviews. Old job postings remain online even when filled. I reached out for assistance but received no help for my relative. He has since found employment directly with a global company.
