Review Time
It was listed on Google as a "FREE QR Code generator." Cost me $1.45 which I was happy to pay. Generated my code, put it on my material, then found out that there is an ongoing cost of $69 per month to keep the link from QR Code to website active. SCAM!
I was not aware I was signing up for a subscription. Have been charged 3 months before I realised what was happening. Have never had to subscribe before to use a QR code after playing initial set up fee. Hoping Customer Services will help me resolve this - but can't honestly give a good review at the moment.
Deceptive pricing. I thought I was paying $1.75 for a one time use QR code. I didn't read the small print to see that they would charge my credit car $49 every month from then on. The code wasn't brilliant either, for some reason the rounded pixel style failed to scan on most phones in the audience.
