You charged my account on the 8th (Saturday). I emailed you that same day to cancel. The order wasn’t even picked up by the carrier until the 12th (Thursday),

Don’t tell customers there isn’t enough time to cancel when there are several days in between. Your cancellation policy makes no sense.
