The company did a really great job with delegating tasks to different people. I was able to work with one person for migrating my previous data, another person for developing my app, and another person to help and oversee the entire onboarding process! The hands on approach is really what sets them apart from other companies that I have worked with.
horrible. Suppose to transition over but their app tech and migration folks (located somewhere overseas) take a few days to reply to each email and after a few interactions it was obvious they are not very good at what they do or have no idea what they are doing based on the repeated questions they ask (same questions that have already been answered). They will also hit you with fees that were never brought up during the first few calls. Not impressed at all and would give ZERO stars if possible. STAY AWAY
Working with John has been a total pleasure. Hard working, prompt to reply and extremely helpful he has made the process of getting our app set up as painless as is possible. Right from the start he has kept us informed of events as they happen and guided us on the best course of action to take. Really don’t know how we’d have managed without him…a great asset to any company.
I really enjoyed working with the tech/setup team. They were super responsive and communicative throughout the whole process, particularly John. He kept me in the loop with where things were at in development, helped me properly set up a domain, and all of the things to get my app in both app stores -provided instructional screenshots so that things were easy for me to understand. Would design a whole second app if I got to work with John .
