Review Time
This is an international company, which they don't emphasize much. If you read the fine print, it takes almost a month to receive your orders. I’ve placed multiple orders and haven’t received anything, yet they are asking for a review. The shipping delays are frustrating.
I ordered a lit rotating photo box and a personalized musical box. The latter hasn't shipped, and I'm still waiting. The photo box arrived with instructions to make an unboxing video for complaints. Sadly, it was a disaster! The photos were disconnected, the battery compartment wouldn't close, and the overall quality was appalling. It looked like a child had assembled it! I'm seeking a refund and waiting for a response from the seller.
