DO NOT ORDER. I placed an order on jan 6th for a valentines gift. On jan 29th i emailed saying i never received shipment confirmation. They emailed and saif its just gone through verification and sent a tracking number. Emailed today march 1 and theyre saying its in production. Total rip off. Save your money. Cause it doesnt look like theyll do a full refund either
If I could put no stars I would. I ordered a simple bouquet 2 months ago & I still haven’t laid eyes on it. Customer service is non existent & they have a weird no refund policy on customer orders. But technically everything sold from them is customized. It’s a scam.

ordered something specifically for Valentines day on February 1st and still didn't receive it by February 14th. Very disappointing and will never purchase anything from this company ever again. And they have no return or refund policy like they've been through this before and expect to be asked for refunds.
Scam! Do not buy from this company! I ordered an item for Valentine's Day two weeks ago, with the company advertising it would be here in time. Lo and behold 3 days prior, no updates on shipping, I sent an email. Support responds saying that it would not be here in time for the 14th. After a thorough look into it, the email response was sent with Chinese lettering script and when I enter the webpage on my PC, my AntiVirus program blocked it and marked it as a "fake e-store". Overseas companies creating fake pages to take money without a guarantee on said items. Beware of pages like this and others you see on Social media.
They popped up as an ad and registered in Wyoming virtual office but operating fully outside of the US. After ordering no confirmation had been received. I contacted a few days later since it was for Valentine's day gift. I requested a cancelation and full refund. They said to be patient and it is processing. It never processed after 10 days. I am being offered 10% to keep the item or 60% to cancel and issued a refund. They are saying it was a custom order. There is no personal touches to this item or custom. Everyone purchases the same item. I have contacted my bank immediately after realizing that this is a big time SCAM.
BEWARE!!! I placed an order with expedited shipping on 01/7/26. Today is 2/6/26 and I still have not received my items. I have been communicating with customer service and keep getting mixed messages. One message says my items are ready to ship and then other messages say my items are in production. Either way a month is more than enough time to complete an order.
