I have ordered from mystery shirts before but this time it was special ,it seemed like they knew what my son wanted and sent it ,and I wasn't an easy shopper ,(no England, Ireland, but European and international and world wide teams are all acceptable,)he had been planning what teams he was going to see and two of the teams were on his list ,was the shirts he got ,the quality is exceptional and I will be buying again from them
I really appreciate the concept of this service, but I was left a bit disappointed with the product given the price. I spent £34.99 on a mystery shirt (it turned out to be a Moroccan team) as a Christmas gift for my son, who is pleased with it. However, I feel somewhat frustrated to discover it was an older shirt rather than the latest version, which I could have bought online for £15. It's a learning experience.

I used a digital wallet for my transaction, and the fees were not apparent. Had I known, I would have chosen another option within the EU, as this product is now excessively priced. The lack of transparency seems deliberate. Since this was a gift, I felt compelled to proceed with the payment, but I have reported the issue to consumer affairs.

I have used this service multiple times and had great experiences, but this time they added an extra shirt without permission and charged me double, not even in the correct size. Now, I’m left waiting to see if they will respond. Be cautious if you decide to order from them.

My son was absolutely delighted with his mystery gift—a last season Juventus shirt! I took a chance ordering a junior size 15/16, and it fits him well. He’s a tall 13-year-old, so I will definitely need to switch to adult sizes for the next order!
