Excellent service and product

I’ve had my TravelScoot for a few months now but haven’t used it much due to health reasons. When I have, it’s been great giving me a sense of freedom that I haven’t felt in ages. Robert has responded to any queries quickly and recently sourced another battery tray for me from Europe that I was looking for. A great company to deal with.

Brilliant scooter

I so pleased with my travel scooter, it's so light & portable, fits easily into the boot of my corsa. The last thing I wanted was a hefty looking four wheeler , My travel scooter fits the bill perfectly, I've travelled easily to places I thought I'd never reach again because of my limited mobility. I love that it can move along quite swiftly & does plenty of milage on a full charge. Robert could not have been more helpful in answering my questions. Given me back some freedom & independence. One happy customer 😀

I placed an order for a replacement part and then received a telephone call to check which model of Travelscoot I had to make sure I had ordered the correct part. As soon as it was confirmed that I had the part was promptly dispatched. Always very friendly and helpful at Travelscoot.
